Is it true? Is season two not animated yet?
If not, I'd really like to get my hands on it! I might even consider paying
But if anyone knows of a torrent for it, please let me know! -

One source said that they offered season one and the part of season two ie. 21 episodes. They even sent me a list of the episodes and I 'bout pood my drawers! UNFORTUNATELY before I could send off for them I recieved a note saying that it was a mistake. AAAWWWWWWWW GEE. I will try to find out the origin of the list and let you know. Please if there is anyone who knows where season twos shows can be gotten I am sure that there would be many who would really like to know.

Man, this thread is just depressing. Who here asking such questions was actually old enough to be truly interested in The Silver Surfer back in '98 when the show originally aired? Season 2 does not exist in any fully animated form, period. Hell, I was only in my teens at the time, but easily old enough to remember it clearly and know 21 episodes is wrong. It lasted through like the Fall season on Fox's Saturday morning cartoon line-up; MAYBE the winter one as well.
On another note, the new Fantastic Four movie features some interesting computer effects portraying the Power Cosmic with 'Rise of The Silver Surfer.' -

I read about a Season Two. From the information I had at the time (about 3 years back) Season 2 was canned but not aired. Unfortunately I can't point to a source. I recall something about it having limited and perchance "underground" availability.
Evidence that "supports" this: Season 1 ended on a cliffhanger, which meant they had something lined up. Due to the time for production for most animated shows, it seems likely that at least part of S2 was alrady done and ready to throw on. Granted South Park can crank out an episode in a couple days (Osama Bin Laden Has Farty Pants and Christmas In Canada for instance), but that's not the rule. Keep in mind, also, that Tripping the Rift got signed for a season 2, and it took about a year to get the 13 episodes of that series done. Sure, what I'm saying is relatively circumstantial and proves nothing really, but it's worth considering.
As for relaeasing on DVD. Perhaps a set with S1&2 will be put out. Consider God, The Devil & Bob. Four episodes aired, the rest released on the DVD. I'd say with the trend of superhero releases, it's likely. -

Actually I'm way past old enogh to have watched and recorded season 1 when it originally aired. Unfortunately I'm missing 2 eps. The Forever War and The End of Eternity but steps are being taken to rectify that situation as we type.
