    https://apnews.com/article/trump-voice-ai-housing-fannie-ad-davos-7a792aed20c56bcc3f7b53733ec331ad
What sounds like President Donald Trump narrating a new Fannie Mae ad actually is an AI-cloned voice reading text, according to a disclaimer in the video.
The voice in the ad, created with permission from the Trump administration, promises an “all new Fannie Mae” and calls the institution the “protector of the American Dream.” The ad comes as the administration is making a big push to show voters it is responding to their concerns about affordability, including in the housing market.
Trump plans to talk about housing at his appearance at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, where world leaders and corporate executives meet this week.
This isn’t the first time a member of the Trump family has used AI to replicate their voice, First Lady Melania Trump recently employed AI technology firm ElevenLabs to help voice the audio version of her memoir. It’s not known who cloned President Trump’s voice for the Fannie Mae ad. But ElevenLabs said in an email to The Associated Press on Sunday that the audio of Trump’s voice wasn’t generated by the company.
The White House did not respond to a request for comment.
I seem to recall Trump bitching incessantly about an "autopen." 🤔
Anyway, the guy clearly is unable to form a coherent sentence on his own at this point, so we'll likely be seeing more of this.
    Draft Barron Trump

This bears no resemblance to the fraud of Biden mongo acolytes using the autopen to sign countless official documents such as pardons without his direction while he wasn't even aware it was happening… much of it probably while he was napping or otherwise far away from the autopen.

The autopen thing is nothing but even if Biden was braindead and an autopen was operating in his place it's still a better choice than Donald Trump.

Nah. And anything that was signed by the Autopen without his express knowledge and authorization may be deemed reversible.

There's no evidence that anything was signed without Biden's consent and his health was nowhere near as bad as you're making it out to be. He has suffered some cognitive decline over the years but it's not like he was an invalid.

There is evidence. Be patient, you'll see.

AI voiceovers in commercials is not the same thing as letting random aides sign executive orders

                      soapbox original gangster — 2 months ago(January 19, 2026 11:51 AM)

Admin plans on selling fanny mae assets to investment banks or worst case to private equity. How either will benefit actual people remains highly debatable and I think the obvious opposite outcome: individuals will be harmed
Admin also advancing federal plan to create 50 year mortgage. If fanny mae and Mac remain under fed control, only Congress can modify the mortgage terms. If the Fannies go private then a 50 year can get sent.
Trump 50 year does lower monthly mortgage costs by $300 a month. So that's real savings. In the life of the mortgage– which will outlive many of the homeowners!!- the trump plan will add almost $600k to the total cost, compared to the 30!!!
Are Dems smart enough to run ads showing how bad this is? How non affordable Trump is for average Americans? or are senior dem leaders in so deep with corporate interests the Dems won't oppose?
