Question regarding script/scenario writters:
You need an agent who is a guild member. Good luck getting one, because it's next to impossible if you don't know someone that works in the industry that can get you recommended to one.
You
can
try contacting an independent film production company. They will only want a brief synopsis or an outline of the script.
Never just send a script. They will most likely refuse it and have it sent back to you unopened.
If someone does read it, they will most likely send you a rejection letter.
If you're lucky enough to know someone in the industry, they will probably let you know if you're any good at writing or not but will suggest you write something else and something you'll have little to no interest in writing.
No one in the film industry is interested in anything that won't make them a lot of money.
They will tell you what you're worth. You'll need a good lawyer if you are worth anything to them.
If you want to be a writer, you should write stage plays first or books.
Unless you have money to make your own films and submit them into festivals.
Question regarding actors/actresses:
Would suggest doing theater.
Screen actors aren't likely to get choice roles.
Everything in the film industry is based on luck.
Question regarding directors:
When a production company is giving you money to make a film, you answer to them, not the other way around.
You may be able to make a film the way you want, but they'll have the final say in what makes it onto the screen.
Question regarding producers:
The only producing P. Diddy does is music.
He doesn't produce films.
Writers, Producers, Directors and Actors are guild members.
You need approved and need an agent.

Lol…this is kind of out of my wheelhouse.
I do create some video media…but I have no higher ups to piss me off…just my own silly Lunacy. That being said I do have numerous bones to pick with the production and creative nonsense going on in Hollywood.
Bad story telling… rehashing… political agendas are all culminating to give us subpar entertainment.
The issue as I see it is that TPTB are not motion picture fans…they're numbers men… always crunching…never creating. I think it would be refreshing to see creative minds that understand the process at the helm of
