and answer me this, how far away from kirk were these 2 crowd agents? because if they were not within 8 foot of charlie then the guy with the gun would not be able to see the crowd guys through the scope, so would miss any signal. -

Those men were Charlie Kirk's personal security detail and they were gesturing to the other team members that they saw someone of interest and to keep an eye out.
It could have been some random in the crowd and not necessarily that they spotted the shooter, but that's what that was.
Obviously there's no reason the shooter needed to be signaled to take the shot, and even if he did they wouldn't have been doing so standing right next to him, putting themselves in the line of fire.
