There's some decent fan made projects on youtube of Jason vs Leatherface and another one against Michael Myers.
A studio quality short matchup of Batman vs The Predator is also a favorite.

Freddy vs Candyman
Both exist in an unconscious scope. Freddy kills in one's nightmares, but Candyman, he is much more subjective on whether he actually exist or if he possesses his victims.: Candyman could commit a bloody murder, but then someone enters the premises, and the room is clean again. It'd be cool to see Freddy summon Candyman in a mirror, only to give Candyman a good fight.

The Hardy Boys VS. Nancy Drew.
So we could find out who could solve the case faster. So we could find out who the better detective(s) really was).
For SF fans:
U.S.S. Enterprise vs. a Star Destroyer.

Radio: Coach calls me…me…me Rad…Radio and said I get to be part of the team.
FG: But Coach said I get to be on the team.
R: Coach said I get to be part of the team.
FG: Life is like a box of chocolates….
R: Yeah. Chocolate…chocolate is good. I like chocolates.
FG: You just never know what you are gonna get.
R: Yeah, I am going to get chocolate.
FG: This lawn should be mowed.
R: Yeah
FG: I ever tell you about Jenny?
R: Coach says I can be part of the team.
