You have classic "British girl" features.
I love art and I'm a pretty good painter so I study features a lot. I can typically tell what nationality white and Asian people are by how they look.
From a psychology perspective, you have "child like features" and if they are on men or women people tend to like them more and want to take care of them.

You may not think you're cute or wish you looked like someone else but you're good looking and have an adorable type of face.
There's all different types of faces.
For instance, Marilyn is good looking, models are interesting, but I tend not to find them cute. Some women are like some kind of artwork, but I don't really want to be anywhere near them. Meanwhile, other women have an adorable look and it gets my emotions going.
I would say that your face is in the adorable vs coldly good looking range.
