You have to admit that was a good zing there. I haven't brought that out in a while but you used to get really sad at me when I did, lol!

Believe it or not it has actually only been 9 months. Crazy, seems like longer than that.

            Ashley's Diary — 6 months ago(September 05, 2025 07:01 PM)

Oh wow, the Great Wall of Doom ™ strikes again. 🤣🤣🤣 According to left-tards, a few miles of steel somehow trigger “cascading environmental collapse” across two countries.

            1. “Biodiversity collapse.
Translation: jaguars, wolves and ocelots (that were already basically gone from the US) "might have trouble crossing… Hate to break it to you, but the number of jaguars in Arizona can fit in a Prius. Pretending the border wall is single handedly wiping them out is like blaming stop signs for the extinction of the dinosaurs.
            2. “Disrupted ecosystem function.”
Yeah, because wolves are definitely migrating back and forth daily with passports in paw. Newsflash: ecosystems adapt. If a steel fence can unravel millions of years of nature, maybe nature isn’t quite as “resilient” as you guys keep preaching.
            3. “Water and land degradation.”
This one’s always funny. The desert… aka the place literally defined by erosion, flash floods and ****ing dryness is apparently going to collapse because of… a fence. Sure, Jan. Sure…
            4. “Indigenous nations blocked.”
You know what else blocks those Neanderthalic and primitive cultural connection? Cartels turning those very lands into smuggling corridors. But let’s just pretend the real villain is a steel barrier.
            5. “Pollinators can’t cross.”
So bats and butterflies, capable of flying hundreds of miles, are suddenly stumped by a 30-foot fence. Right. Next you’ll tell us clouds can’t get over it either. 🤣🤣
            6. “Climate resilience threatened.”
This is a galaxy-brain argument. Species that allegedly need to migrate to survive climate change… are going extinct because they can’t climb a fence? If your entire survival strategy is “walk north or die,” you were toast anyway.
            7. “Cost to taxpayers.”
Oh, but the billions we already spend annually dealing with unchecked illegal crossings, drugs, human trafficking and cartel violence is totally fine. Apparently fixing that isn’t a root issue, huh?
              Muh Big Picture:
Nature isn’t crumbling because of a wall. Wildlife has survived ice ages, meteor strikes, volcanic winters, and continental drift. But sure, a man-made fence is what finally ends it all. This isn’t science, it’s environmental fan fiction and more fear mongering that only braindead, pearl clutching left-tards will buy, hook, line and sinker…

              1. You’re admitting Jaguars are endangered. So yes, the wall is going to **** them over.
              2. How is nature going to “adapt” to a steel wall? There’s no where to cross
              3. The wall is altering waterways which erodes soil. This isn’t rocket science
              4. The USA created the cartels you silly honky
              5. The border wall disrupts their migration patterns and destroys their habitat. Doesn’t take a genius to figure this out
              6. What makes you think animals can climb a 30 foot steel fence?
              7. This isn’t fixing the root issue at all. In fact, it’s making it worse.
The man made fence is the worst ecological and environmental catastrophe in North American history, and you cannot deny that. We will be seeing the effects of it decades from now unless it’s dismantled.

                1.You’re admitting Jaguars are endangered.
                Yeah, endangered because of
habitat loss in Mexico and poaching
, not because they can’t get through a fence in Arizona. Pretending the wall is the main threat is like blaming your front door for starving kids in Africa. This is a fact.
                2. How is nature going to adapt to a steel wall?
Uh… the same way it has adapted to highways, cities, railroads, farms, dams and literally millions of other man-made barriers. You think wolves and mountain lions are out there holding picket signs because they can’t figure it out?
                3. The wall is altering waterways.
Lol Flash floods and erosion already reshape the desert every single year. Acting like the wall is singlehandedly rewriting hydrology is just lazy fearmongering.
                4. The USA created the cartels you silly honky.
Yeah, let’s pretend El Chapo was born in a Pentagon lab, you third world, dookie-colored Neanderthal.
                5. Disrupts migration and destroys habitat.
Oh no, a fence runs along a narrow strip of desert that’s already covered in roads, patrol stations and human development. Wild animals don’t migrate like commuters with season passes. They adapt ranges. This isn’t Animal Planet fanfiction.
                6. What makes you think animals can climb a 30-foot fence?
What makes you think flying animals like bats, bees and birds can’t? Oh, right… in typical left-tard fashion, you forgot your own argument two sentences ago.
                7. This isn’t fixing the root issue.
Neither is your rant or baseless fearmongering, Reddit born conspiracy theories. But at least the wall actually addresses human trafficking and illegal entry. That’s literally its purpose. Ignoring reality is peak armchair activism.
worst ecological catastrophe in North American history
LMAO. Worse than deforestation? Worse than the Dust Bowl? Worse than the entire Mississippi River being turned into a chemical soup? Worse than the near extinction of bison, wolves and eagles? A fence is the worst ever? Keep this tripe limited to Reddit because only basement dwellers with a higher chromsome count than IQ will buy your fearmongering bullshit.
If you think a man made fence is what finally breaks Mother Nature, you’re not an environmentalist, you’re a doomsday LARPer.

                  1. You don’t understand. The wall imperils an already endangered animal and contributes to habitat loss. This really is a simple concept.
                  2. You realize highways and cities allow animals to pass through? A wall doesn’t. They’re completely different physical structures.
                  3. The wall is going to make flash flooding and soil erosion worse, again, this isn’t rocket science. It’s just basic geology.
                  4. You’re aware the cartels are a black market created by the USA’s war on drugs, right you silly honky?
                  5. It’s a giant 30 foot steel wall spanning lengthways across the entire continent. It’s quite clearly a massive disruption. It’s literally impossible to “adapt” to a ****ing wall.
                  6. It destroys their habitats and disrupts their migration routes. Then the mammals can’t climb over it either. This isn’t a hard concept to grasp.
                  7. The wall doesn’t address human trafficking or illegal entry. It’s just creating alternate pathways for those things to happen and created a bigger trafficking industry. Basic facts aren’t conspiracy theories, it’s just the way things are. A giant wall is a worthless disruption that needs to be dismantled, and has no positive outcome. You should try
doing actual research instead of just mouthing off like a petulant child.
The border wall is the worst environmental catastrophe in North American history and you cannot deny this, no matter how hard you try to hide from basic reality. Apparently you think pollution isn’t real and is a doomsday conspiracy

                      1. The wall imperils endangered animals.
Yes, we all know jaguars are endangered. But they’re endangered because of deforestation, poaching and habitat loss in Mexico, not because of a fence in Arizona. A US population of two or three cats isn’t collapsing ecosystems. You’re acting like the wall is singlehandedly killing off a species when in reality it’s a rounding error in the bigger picture.
                      2. Highways and cities allow animals to pass through.
Statistically, highways kill a million plus animals a day in North America. Cities? Wildlife gets shot, trapped or roadkilled trying to pass through, which bring us back to my original point about cities, highways, railroads, dams, etc. and animals adapting.
                      3. The wall worsens flash floods and erosion.
Yes, because apparently the desert only started having erosion after 2016. You’ve confused “basic geology” with an Occupy Democrats Facebook infographic made with Microsoft Paint.
                      4. Cartels are a black market created by the U.S. war on drugs.
Ah yes, the old “America created everything bad in the world” cop-out. Cartels exist because drugs make billions and Mexico’s government has been historically corrupt. Pretending Pablo Escobar was a Pentagon employee is peak tinfoil.
But to your credit, Americans chose to ignore the desires and wishes of the former president who armed the cartel in his first term (Obama) this past election cycle…
                      5. It’s a giant 30-foot wall spanning the entire continent.
Wrong. It doesn’t span the entire continent. That’s not an opinion, that’s just geography. If your whole argument needs you to pretend the wall is literally one unbroken coast-to-coast barrier, maybe it’s not as airtight as you think.
                      6. “Animals can’t adapt to a wall.
Again, wildlife has adapted to highways, subdivisions, pipelines, railroads, fences, dams, farms, cities, etc. But THIS is the thing nature suddenly can’t handle? Sounds like you’ve downgraded Mother Nature from “powerful and resilient” to “can’t figure out a fence.”
                      7. The wall doesn’t address trafficking or illegal entry.
So why do cartels keep fighting for control of the gaps? Why do coyotes charge thousands to smuggle people through? Clearly it’s harder, or they wouldn’t be profiting off bypassing it. If the wall was so “worthless,” it wouldn’t be a million-dollar industry to get around it.
Calling the wall the “worst environmental catastrophe in North American history” is so over-the-top it’s parody. And of course it comes from the same crowd that swore “ending net neutrality will kill the internet” and in 2016 told us, “if we don’t hand the planet over to big green corporations right now, entire cities will be underwater by 2026.” The doomsday clock keeps ticking, the predictions keep flopping, and yet they say it all with a straight face.
So tell me again, is a fence worse than the Dust Bowl? Worse than strip mining Appalachia? Worse than the near-extinction of bison, wolves and eagles? A fence is your apocalypse? You sound less like an environmentalist and more like a doomsday cult preacher auditioning for Discovery Channel.

                                1. It didn’t say the wall is causing their endangerment. It said the wall is responsible for their extinction. Please learn word comprehension.
                                2. As will be repeated: highways and cities allow animals transit through them, a wall doesn’t.
                                3. Strawman argument from you. The border wall will worsen soil erosion and increase flash flooding. You’re literally paying for a worse environment with no upside benefit, dingus!
                                4. Drugs make billions because the US peddled a phoney drug war that created an entire black market run by cartels, this isn’t exactly rocket science.
                                5. It extends along roughly half the border and the rest is made up of natural barriers like mountains and arid deserts, so yes, it basically is coast to coast, you utter fool. Lol
                                6. Are you purposely ignorant? A wall cannot be passed like a highway or road can. Stop with this silly false comparison of yours. It’s nauseating.
                                7. You basically admitted the wall isn’t stopping illegal entry. It’s just creating alternate pathways that are more profitable for
traffickers and smugglers, nice going lol
It literally is the worst environmental disaster in North American history. Name another one that is worse, fool.
You’re cheering on the extinction of endangered species and environmental degradation all for a worthless cause and gigantic waste of money. You have been bamboozled. Apparently every MAGA-brain thinks pollution is a conspiracy theory

I think he's missing the key point that our actions in the last few decades come
                                  after
the new knowledge about the environment became available. Highways built ten decades ago are a different thing from a wall being built today, with all we know about species extinction, water run-off, and human diversity.

Yes, the interstate highway program and automobile boom of the 1950s was started before we were aware of the negative impact. But at least highways and roads allow humans and animals to cross them. A gigantic wall blocking the only migratory path for wildlife between the US and Mexico is another story.

                                        1. The wall is only a fraction of the length of the border.
                                        2. The area is a near-uninhabitable wasteland.
                                        3. Yermie is really, really fat prolly

Your third point is very strong.
