I think it's because she's only 5"2 that it makes her look bigger than she is but she should lose weight! She's an Oscar winning actress now. -

From True Romance to Holes, there wasn't a more attractive woman in Hollywood.
I don't hold gaining weight against her, I think it really added to her performance in Boyhood. Realistically it may cost her some great leading roles, but I admire her ability to stay real. -

There were
far
more beautiful women in Hollywood during the 90s, including her sister, Roseanna. In fact, Patricia only looked particularly stunning in one part, True Romance.
That said she doesn't look like a 'cow' either. She looks good, as she's always done, neither the most beautiful woman in Hollywood nor 'fat' or unattractive.
Saying she looks like a cow strikes me as misogynist nonsense. -
