Honestly I think the people who believe in the pay gap are few and far between. Which is good because they're not too bright. They are pretty loud though.
And speaking as a female paramedic, I get paid around the same as any male, depending on my hours- which I've been getting a lot recently. -

I find it almost funny that the people who are the most vocal about 'wage inequality' tend to be the people who are most detached from everyday working citizens. Like anyone in Hollywood has a friggin' clue about pay grades

Arquette may very well get paid less that many male actors in her age range. Well guess what? She is not a name draw and can't carry a film on her own so she makes what she SHOULD make. She should shut her mouth and realize her success is a result of nepotism. If she hadn't had family and connections in the business she'd probably be working a job that required her to ask "Would you like fries with that?"
