Is 39 a little too old to be a first time mother?

Nannies will probably be doing most of the diaper duty. Older parents have maturity and stability, but they also have less vitality and longevity (generally speaking). I always think of Tony Randall. Didn't he have two sons at an advanced age? Hope all will be well.
