I noticed Jennifer Connelly on Once Upon a Time in America when I first watched it on Showtime back in Sept.1985. She was a very beautiful girl and still is as a woman. 🙂

When I was 9, I saw The Rocketeer in theaters. I had such a crush on her afterwards.

I first saw her in Labyrinth when I was a kid but I became a fan of hers when I saw Career Opportunities on video years later.

As I write this I'm watching 'Hulk' on TV - that's how I ended up here - and thought I'd reply to this topic.
I've only seen a handful of her films, but what certainly made me a 'fan' was Labyrinth too.
I've only seen the film once from start finish when it was first released.
I was a projectionist all my life right from while still at school to when I had to retire at 48 due to cancer problems.
That said, The scene that did for me was the dream type dance sequence. I would often try to catch that scene every time I screened the movie.
She just looked fantastic, and though fully dressed in that gown, her breasts/boobs/tits were just awesome and of course the rest of her was nice too!
However these days I'm afraid her breasts badly sagged - maybe from them being 'too big' or from not wearing a bra enough - I dunno.
I also liked 'Rocketeer', not just strickly because of her, but because the film itself strikes a cord with me, it being a kinda full movie of early sci-fi serials.
Kind of like 'Tom Paris' from Star Trek:Voyager is a fan of early corny sci-Fi. I want a Holodeck in my house!

Hulk or Blood Diamond I think. Not only is she a talented actress, her whole person is stunning. Probably the most beautiful woman in the world. But that is my very subjective opinion.

Beautiful Mind was actually the first movie I saw with her and I thought she was awesome all around. I've since seen her in lots of stuff and always enjoy her performances.

The Rocketeer. That's why I'm on here right now. I seen the Rocketeer a few days ago and I still keep thinking about her. She was so beautiful in that movie. A few years later she was in Mulholland Fall2000s, and she was gorgeous in that too.

I became a fan after Labyrinth, but when she was at her peak rocking that old-school pinup/ old-hollywood style in the Rocketeer, Mullholland Falls, and Dark City she became an object of fierce desire. Add to that her super sexy roles in Career Opportunities, the hot spot, and Requiem for a dream and for me she is at or near the top of the list for most beautiful brunette actresses of all time.

I had seen "The Rocketeer" in theaters but didn't take notice of her at the time.
In 1995 I saw the Documentary "Dario Argento's World of Horror" and wondered who was that actress during the segment on "Creepers." I found out her name was Jennifer Connelly and I sought out her movies. Many of her earliest movies ("Seven Minutes in Heaven", "Some Girls") were available in video stores so I rented them. I became a fan after that.
                                        "Rome. By all means, Rome."

House of Sand and Fog. she has this part where shes talking about her dead kid or something? and she has this involuntary hiccup. it was so real and unexpected that it made me replay it a bunch of times. it was a great moment. she has moments that are incredible. she got an oscar for beautiful mind but i dont think it was warranted. i think sand and fog was much more worthy.
