Archived from the IMDb Discussion Forums — Clint Eastwood

seriously a new movie in theaters? he was too old in the mule and that was 2 years ago.
and before anyone comes out and attacks me keep in mind i'm the biggest eastwood fan. but in his new movie he's so old that even his voice is unhinged and too old to be pleasant enough to be in a movie. i mean it sounds really unhealthy and off mentally. so its' not a fit for movie voice.
he probably will act until he dies but the fact is he shouldn't it's hurting his legacy with his weak looking appearance in the mule.
he looks so old that he looks physically unstable you know? like someone in an old person's home. that is not what i want to see of eastwood in a movie.
i though he said that gran torino was going to be his last acting performance in a movie and that was like 10 years ago?

Fuck you, you goddamn asshole douchebag ageist prick ****** cocksucker! Clint should continue to act as long as he's able to. Moreover, don't watch Eastwood in his latest movie if you can't stand the sight and sound of him as a really old man.
You've seen Guy Standeven in something because the man was in everything.

the old creep could never let it go.

I totally disagree with you about Eastwood in The Mule. I love that Clint plays an elderly dude who still has game with the ladies in that film. Moreover, I give Eastwood major props for playing age appropriate roles as he got older; he's now a seasoned old man who does a fine job of looking and sounding exactly like what he is.

Also, Bradley Cooper is amazing and hot as always. 🙂
We don't talk about Bruno! No, no, no!
