Oddly enough, he's supposed to be younger in Temple than he is in Raiders if you go by the years they are set in.
That makes sense though, pretty much everyone is leaner and muscular when they're younger. Maybe in the year between Doom and Raiders Indy was busy boning Willie Scott and didn't feel like working out as much.

I think he looked pretty hot in most of his films. He was a very handsome man. I've never considered him to be the greatest actor, but he was very handsome. When he kissed Princess Leia in The Empire Strikes Back I just about passed out. The man was fine as hell.
