I forgot to add last tv work as a kid. And Svengali was filmed in early 1982 btw.
"Echoes" had quite good test screenings but only found little theatrical release almost two years later when Taxi Driver turned out to be a hit.
Same with "O'Hara's Wife", her first post-Hinckley work, was filmed from May 11 1981 during her summer vacation and it had a few screens September 1983.
So one could argue both movies went more or less straight to cable.
