I would replace toy story with Cast Away. While Toy Story is huge, it really doesn't show off his acting skills much. But to carry a three hour movie on his own with nothing but a volley ball takes tremendous talent.
I didn't see Captain Phillips, but I thought he was great in Bridge of Spies earlier this year.

I think these lists people are submitting vary based on the person's age. I'm 51, and Tom Hanks is my generation's Gene Hackmanwhich hopefully means he has many more good films left in him! The Academy be damned!
