I am in the business and had the opportunity to work with him briefly. Not only is a great actor, but truly and wonderful person. I am sure it is part of what makes him a great actor!

Yep! I can vouch for that. Back in the summer of 1989 I worked at the Shaftsbury Theatre in London when Anthony Hopkins was starring in the play M.Butterfly. A truly nice man to everyone who worked there.

I believe it. I believe that he is a great presence and force of nature to have around in any professional/theatrical setting. He strikes me as the type of person who also influences others to bring out the best in themselves. The example he sets as an actor a2000nd person are infectious.
I think people who have worked with him always can say good things about him.

I cannot imagine him not being a nice guy. He does not seem to take himself too seriously wich is always a great quality.
Alltho.I think the one actress who would disagree is Shirley McClaine.

Nobody told me that. I read it in a biography called "Arise Sir Anthony". It was during the making of the rather awful movie, "Change of seasons".
