I got put under during the surgery and the pain after wasn't nearly as bad as people say. I still took a few of the Vicodins they prescribed even they didn't do **** for me either. My mouth was achy and I lived off smoothies for the next 4-5 days but it was mostly just an inconvenience.
The annoying part was that I had a cracked molar afterwards so they had to give me a crown on a tooth that was healthy before they started digging around in my mouth. The wisdom teeth weren't even bothering me but I took their recommendation for removal anyway like an idiot. -
