I try to follow the Mediterranean diet as much as possible which a lot of doctors have recommended is best for heart and health. Fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes, whole grains, olive oil, lean meats (I eat chicken once in a while), low fat dairy, eggs. I mostly eat egg whites but have a couple whole eggs a week.

No. Went to the local fresh fish store. They have prepared foods in addition to fresh fish. It was too hot, rainy and muggy to cook.

I wonder if she copied me. I've seen her do that to others and pretend she didn't, and axt like it's all in their crazy heads. Like I know Donna is batshit, but I've seen Lilith take advantage of her crazy reputation and do things to get her going.
