But how did she manage to completely change her facial bone structure? She suddenly has an oval, super slim face. She used to have a round face and round eyes.
Also, while her breasts are fake, it's extremely unusual to have them that large without showing separation over her sternum as the implants would show, especially on someone with such a small frame.
Is this really what she looks like, or is this another filter?

I checked out an article on the subject and here's part of what what the surgeon had to say
“If you measure from the top of her eyebrows to the top of her hairline that distance is more than three finger breadths, so that tells me that they’ve done a brow lift, where they make incisions in the hairline to pull everything back to lift up the brows and eyebrows, so your hairline moves back with it,” the NJ-and-NY-based surgeon says.
Weinberger also believes the “La Isla Bonita” singer has gotten botox to her Masseter muscle, which is typically used to slim the jawline.
“I loved her jawline before and now it’s too flat and long,” the experienced injector says, highlighting that this particular procedure is not permanent and can wear off in three months.

Getting Botox in the masseter muscle is often done for women seeking what's referred to as the coveted "Korean-V" shaped face. I've seen it work on certain faces, but you have to have the right bone structure.
I like the look of a strong jaw. I almost wonder if she had a version of FFS to shave the bone down as well. It's just too dramatic. I recognize the brow lift, and wondered if she got the "fox eye" surgery as well (which is still highly desired, but extremely dangerous).
I also wondered if she got a chin augmentation to further accentuate this new length of her face, compared to the rounder shape she had naturally. Even though I'm certain she uses filters, she's undoubtedly had face tightening (ie: skin treatments).
There are a few PSs on YT who have given their professional opinions on what surgeries she allegedly may have had done, as well as what the total cost of all of them would be.
