Alyssa is almost perfect looking. If she'd fix her teeth and get rid (or get new ones) of those breast implants she would indeed be perfect.
She's got an inner glow that shows on her face, and her toned up body looks awesome!

Don't zoom in, why? If she has a botoxed face, why are you pointing out her natural wrinkles?
It's odd that a 40 something year old woman isn't allowed to get wrinkles, without people pointing them out. By the looks of it, her make-up is accentuating them too. She looks smoother in other pics, but not botoxed.
