I will try a few alterations. Typically when I mention Popeyes it reverts to a cartoon image.
And no…Popeye is a passion project! If doable it will be a full on production aimed at a general audience with a nostalgic reinvention…something like Betty boop was…but bigger and grander.
I imagine a three way race pitting Popeye the sea hag and bluto in a high seas adventure in pursuit of…some mcguffin…not sure yet what tho lol.
All I know is I have the music all mapped out in my head…and that means I mean business… Popeye WILL happen! -

I'm looking forward to seeing what it will all be about. But don't rush it and make sure you're proud of your work before sharing it.

I think….if I’m not mistaken….it was 1987.
I didn’t look that up, I have this funny pointless talent of remembering the years for songs and various pop culture, once I know them.
