I'm wondering what's the best way to use it and enjoy it. Do you bake it into certain dishes? Do you melt it? Do you eat it cold with fruit or something? And what about that hard white edge that it has? Yes, I'm really trying to figure my way out around Brie.

I know, but I enjoy personal interactions with people and their real-life experiences. I can also google stuff for ideas, but I find hearing from people who have eaten it will have a more authentic viewpoint. Thank you, however.
