ROCKY VS RAMBO FILM?

Saw a post about Stallone the other day that said President Elect Trump was going to name Stallone the head of something or another and it said that Stallone was working on Rambo vs Rocky. I thought he was done with both franchises and now he's going to go all King Kong vs Godzilla with them both??? Doesn't he know that'd destroy the reputation of both franchises? Or was it just a fake article? Anyone heard anything solid on it? There's no such film listed as upcoming from Stallone here but that doesn't always mean that the film isn't being worked on.
