On this particular board, you're unlikely to get a completely objective response to a post like the original. Fans of hers will argue with you tooth and nail.
I used to think Rosanna Arquette was pretty sweet looking about 15 years ago, but she has NOT aged well at all. Maybe some people just don't age gracefully, or there are some other factors like smoking and/or substance abuse. Whatever the case, I don't find her to be attractive anymore, but to each their own.
Athletes lose a step or two when they are past their primesI don't know what else to call it with her, but she's lost a few steps -

Oh, thank the Lord that I'm not the only one who thinks she's ugly!
Don't get me wrong; I think she's talented enough, for the littlb68e that I've seen her in. Good actress, definitely. But how people find her physically attractive, I can't understand at all! -

Zriter59 Don't agree exactly, but I am pretty much on the same page:).
Being of a certain age, I very well recall RA's heyday in the 1980s. And I never understood what all the fuss was about. RA isn't bad-looking, but neither is she pretty. Now some women who aren't pretty remain rather sexy (think, for example, of Christine Baranski). Never got that vibe from RA.
Her acting has always been OK,no more. Her presence was always small-scale, her voice thin and weak. So she never commanded the screen, regardless of the project.
Check out online discussions of 1980s films. Check out as well the opinions of the best American film critics, like Stanley Kauffmann, Bert Cardullo and John Simon. Find therein praise of RA. You can't? What a surprise. -

I'd like to see you try & inspire two top-notch award winning musician-artists like Steve Porcaro of ToTo and Peter Gabriel to write TWO classic songs about you. When you call her "disgusting" you're actually gazing into a mirror, looking at yourself. Inside.

Read what you wrote. What kind of decent person would write that about someone else? Especially when she's obviously not disgusting. Maybe you don't find her attractive but saying that someone is "so bad you could puke" is a pretty disgusting thing to say.

She's not pretty now, but she isn't disgusting to me. Her teeth always bugged me, why didn't she have them fixed?!
She looked rather lovely in "Desperately Seeking Susan". Today, she looks so HARSH seriously!
And unhappy!

I never liked her back in the 80s, she looked too rat-like. The first movie that I actually liked her in was Pulp Fiction when she wasn't supposed to be an amazingly beautiful woman that dazzled every man she encountered. I'll never understand how Hollywood chooses certain actors to portray that way when they clearly aren't all that. Her sister Patricia is much better looking and she's never been pushed by the movie industry as some rare beauty.
However, I think she's aged very well. She actually looks better now than she did as a young ratfaced actress. -

Saying a woman is beautiful is an opinion, just because you don't like her does not mean everybody else has to dislike her too. I think her and Patricia are hot and have awesome bodies
I use to own this town Now my life's been turned upside down Just a phase I'm going through -

Something happened to her face in the 90's, most of the photos you find of her online now are going to be from then or later. I saw her just now in The Big Blue(1988) and she had an incredibly pretty face then! Its such a tragedy how some gorgeous women's faces can change so quickly and so much with age. She looks like a completely different person just a decade after that movie, and not in a good way. Imagine you are lucky enough to marry her when she looks like she did in this film, and then the horror of her looks changing so much later.
Luckily, most women who are pretty keep their good looks (at least face) usually for decades. This was just an unfortunate turn out for this actress5b4.
