If there is any justice, Baldwin will be sent to prison at least for manslaughter. And it couldn’t have happened to a bigger piece of ****. He’s been shooting his mouth off for decades against politicians he doesn’t like and he’s proven himself to be a true piece of garbage - not only did he shoot the poor woman, but he’s repeatedly lied about it. I hope he enjoys servicing the penis and ass needs of random dudes, because he may have to do that in prison for a few years.

It makes no sense at all why anything deadly would be allowed anywhere near a movie set.
As long as such things are allowed then it makes no sense why an actor handling a prop fire arm would not re check it his or her self to be sure it is safe and not loaded and won't fire anything at all to harm anyone.

He lied about not pulling the trigger and he lied about how he was not responsible for checking the gun as he should have being not just an actor but also a producer.
He very well could be lying about this being an "accident."

There's an entire team that's responsible for this. He may be held liable as a producer for hiring a less than adequate armourer or weapons master. That team is a group of people who are responsible for making sure the weapons being used on set are safe and
"cold,"
safe to be "fired" while filming.
You are delusional if you think he
intentionally
walked onto set,
intentionally
handling a hot firearm, and
intentionally
set out to murder a specified target.
This was an accident. A lethal and tragic accident, but an
accident
none the less.
I am
done
responding to you on this topic. /end

I agree that what Baldwin did wouldn’t constitute first degree murder. However, it could constitute manslaughter, such as where Baldwin’s gross negligence caused the death of someone. I don’t know what the standard of care is for using weapons on a movie set, but if he was supposed to check the movie gun for bullets before using it but didn’t, then his actions might be be sufficient for a manslaughter charge.
