He's too enlightened for that. By voting he would be legitimizing the dogma which perpetuates the economic and social differences in our society. Can't you see how he's being repressed?
Plus you have to fill out a registration form, and depending on the state's rules about absentee voting maybe even leave the house for an hour. -
