Tom's first wife was about nine months younger than he wasthey met in the summer of 1969 after his sophomore year at Missouri and her freshman year at Indiana. They weren't high school sweethearts, but that was a good guess. They were together off and on until they were marrie7ecd in 1974(not in 1976 like it says in the bio). Also, Allison was born in 1976 and Patrick was born in 1978.

I concur.
One of my favorite actors (singers), George Hearn, is married to a woman nearly 24 years younger than him and they've been married for 22 years now and have two young kids. He's 72, she's 49, the kids are 9 and 7. Of course, I'd have no problem loving a man with as beautiful a baritone voice as George's, no matter what the age!
Attend the tale of Sweeney Todd.

WellSting will be 54 this year, Tim Matheson will be 57, along with Richard Gere.
Some of us just age more gracefully, know how to take care of ourselves &/or have "good genes", etc.

The thing is that a man is his forties is a whole lot different than a man in his late fifties. When Tom's 60, she'll be 37. He's already looking his age, and she's still in her prime. What's worse is he already had five kids when this woman got involved with him. What's the chances of him wanting any more, esp. at his age? Does anyone know if these two do have any kids together?
