the same intrigue and curiosity would not be asked if I claimed an actor was straight.
Of course not IY. We know that the herd don't condescend and patronize to heterosexuality, being the accepted "norm" and "superior" sexuality in our hypocritical and double standard drenched society. I guess intrigue and curiosity only gets extended towards those that are tagged as different or werid, and when it is projected from ignorant and naive mindsets regarding their own "normal" sexuality that is pampered and pandered to, how can one expect attitudes to change and grow?

I'm an out lesbian. When I was 10 sometime in the 90s. I developed a little celeb crush on Linda Blair pretty possession and post in The Exorcist.
I forgot about the crush ages ago, and while I binged watched Supernatural, I watched her on episode and wondered about what she'd been up to. So I came here. I wasn't trying to make it seem weird or anything.
The statement made me curious. I just was wondering, that it was a 'blind item' that some people have
on celebs. That was honestly it.
Sorry this hard to type out on my phone. -

Thank you for your honesty. My post was generalized towards IY's comment and not directed wholly at you, only the terms you used which I found appropriate, for which IY made a clever and salient point. As for Blair being a lesbian, she may have homosexual tendencies, but the thought never really crossed my mind before. I always loved her for the god-awful, but fun B graders she starred in and I find it comforting to watch these films when Blair was in her heyday.

You're welcome. I do try to be honest and open as I can online, without leaving myself vulnerable. Which can be hard, but I digress.
I am going to check out her movies. I love B movies. As they are a vice of mine. -

Blair made an excellent tv movie in the 70's called Born Innocent which is about a troubled teen who ends up in a juvenile delinquent home and I can recommend Hell Night-81' a horror\slasher, Chained Heat-83' and Savage Streets-84, which are exploitation hoots. Roller Boogie-79', which is a family movie is fun too.
