Her mother's maiden name is listed as Moluf, and from what I know that is a common surname found in Lebanon and other parts of the Middle-East.
I have a feeling that she really is part Middle-Eastern. Have you guys seen the queen of Jordan? She looks A LOT like Cindy Crawford.

Arabs don't have a unique facial structure or body frame, if they did then every woman of Arab descent would resemble Cindy Crawford and they don't.
BTW, I double checked on her Mother's maiden name and it wasn't Maluf, that's her new surname from a second husband (not Cindy's father). Her Mother's maiden name was Walker.
