i really loved her in Becker and hated the show when that burnett took her place ..
where is she now ?

Some imdb posts indicate she is in New York raising her family and not currently acting. Some posts claim that she led an organized effort to get more money from Paramount and was written out of Star Trek because of it and later was offered the role on Becker, which she accepted.

She is actually in Pennsylvania raising her family and doing local theatre with her husband.

Yes I do remember seeing that. She is in Hershey PA starring in a theater production with her husband. I am in Pittsburgh so I hope to get to see her
in Hershey PA doing theater.

Is she dead? Careerwise, yeah pretty much dead. She managed to piss of the studio twice, on different shows by staging a job actions for more money.
In Hollywood, you'll find if you get yourself labeled as a troublemaker by one studio, you've managed to do so with all the studios.
There are always fresh new faces coming to town looking for a show business career everyday. I111ct's a buyers market.
