OMG who cares about his looks. No one can argue that he is a great composer and maybe, just maybe she saw through the fact that he is not a supermodel and found something deeper! Many times looks is not about love but about lust (nothing wrong with that though

The majority of you are absolutely insane. I find her to be unattractive and pretty lame. I was kind of like, disappointed, but I do trust Danny to know what he wants, so I'm happy for him if he's happy. But SHE'S the troll with an odd nose and he is, was, and always will be, a mud stuffin. And I'm a lesbian, isn't that crazy?

yes and 40 years frm now she can still say he composed the simpsons theme, his looks might be gone by then , but he'll always have his acheivements

Whatever!!! Danny Elfman may have aged, but he used to be absolutely gorgeous and still remains cerebrally brilliant and interesting. He's incredibly talented and charismatic, and can you imagine being serenaded by this man?! dreamy sigh I'd marry him any day!!! Lucky, lucky girl, I say!

Here here!! I'd marry him in an instant. Such a geniusand what an amazing personality, not to mentiongawd he used to be hot. To even know this guy would be incredible - to marry him? clever, clever, lucky girl. I think they're an amazing, very fitting couple.

Ok, I had a major crush on Fonda when I was a teenager, and was shocked that her and Elfman were married.
But in saying that and reading the stuff on this board I think you are all a bit harsh on Elfman. Its not the most obscure relationship I've ever seen.
The man is a musical genius, I love his movie scores and he seems like a nice guy.
Those of you who say Fonda could do better, how dare you! She is obviously very happy, and what age was she when she got married - 39? Well she hadnt done well up until then had she?
I mean look at the so-called beautiful Hollywood people, they're are shallow human beings who care about nothing but looks.
I hope they are very happy together (but have to say i'm envious of Elfman!!)
