Is it still a nap if it lasts less than a half hour?

I'd call less than half an hour a cat nap.
That's just not the case though.
From my observations, cats will sleep most of the day so they can roam during the night.
Being an old woman, I wish with all my heart that I could be so lucky as the cat!
I stay awake all day because waking from day naps makes me feel as though I have been drugged. I consider myself lucky after the rare nights I can get 6 straight hours of uninterrupted sleep.
As for old men, gentlemen, and meditation, I'd love to know how that works…
