I did ballet once a week, and later there was some kind of gymnastics work out. When I was allowed to do more ballet, I chose the gymnastics exercise class, 1 year at the end (high school, over 20 years ago.) Well, I did ballet in college and took classes after. It wasn't great. It would have been a better use of time to do dance.
