I was watching "The Savages" the other day and was reminded of what a truly gifted actor this man was. One of the greatest actors of his generation, no doubt.

The day he died was one of the worst days of my life. He died in the morning and the Seahawks won the super bowl later that evening. It was a sh*tty day to say the least

I've seen bits and pieces of it, but never the whole thing, though I do know that it's acclaimed.
I'll keep an eye out for it.
One of my favorite's of his is "Synecdoche, New York".

Great movie too. I used to see any movie I heard he was in. Such a tremendously gifted actor. Ethan Hawke and Albert Finney are also very good in "BtDKYD".

I just marathoned P.T. Anderson's movies and he was flawless in every singl5b4e one of them, especially 'The Master'. It absolutely sucks that he's gone, we can do nothing about it and it makes me so sad.
