No way! Yoda is great! My 2 year old loves him to, if you ask him what Yoda says he goes "Help you I will". If you ask him what Darth Vader says he goes "Luke, I your Fahder" and the breathing noise, and if you ask him what Chewy says he makes that cry like sound that Chewy makesto funny!

Memorable this way of talking is. Rocks more than Anakin, He does. Here are Memorable Quotes of Yoda. Found in the Memorable Quotes Section, They were:
"At an end your rule is, And not short enough it was."
"If so Powerful You are, Why leave?"
"Faith in your new apprentice, misplaced may be. As is your faith in the dark side of the force."
The last quote there, copied and pasted, It was.

Wow Screw up, you guys are.
You completely missed the best Yoda quotes. How dare you even think any of his best are from the original series.
"You will be"
"Do, or do not. There is no try."
"Size matters not Look at me. Judge me by size, do you?"
"Mine, or I will help you not!"
The only Yoda line worth remembering from the new ones is this
"Lost a planet Master Obi-Wan has. How embarrassing"
And that's simply for sheer humor. -

It was said by Lucas, I believe, that Yoda doesn't think he's talking backwards, rather talking more formally.
I dunno A 900 year old Jedi Master with mad lightsaber skills can talk anyway he damn well pleases.
