Of course every American knows this date, if not every citizen of the planet This date will always stick with me for 2 reasons The terrorist attacks that horrible Tuesday morning over 13 years ago. And the untimely passing of one of the greatest actors of our genre..R.I.P. John, gone, but never ever forgotten..

He died on his daughters fifth birthday too. Poor kid.

The first thing I think about when I hear Sept. 11 mentioned is the terrorist attacks. The second thing is the day John Ritter died. Both were very sad events, though of course one was a much more large-scale tragedy.

Alexis Arquette also died September 11th 13 years later.
