I know this has been discussed to death on here, but I'm 100% sure I'm not the only one who just cannot get over the fact that today's Mickey looks NOTHING like 1990s Mickey. It's like they're two different persons. Every time I see a picture of him from nowadays, I always end up feeling so confused and sad because I cannot believe he did all of this to himself! He used to be one of the best looking guys I've ever seen; in addition to being very talented and having a nice voice. Ugh, I just can't believe it.
Rant over. -

I used to feel like butting my head against the wall in frustration, why the hell did he do those things to himself and why turn down so many great roles over the years. The oscars came around again and i just remembered that he was once nominated for his role in the wrestler but doesnt even look like the way he did in that film anymore! Once again he has just fallen under the radar and has yet to resurface looking like a different person after six damn years!

I know, I feel the exact same way. Such a handsome guy who could have had lots of success and could have been a big star by now I just don't understand what's wrong with him. He keeps changing his face, his nose especially. He's unrecognizable. I mean, 1990s Mickey and 2010s Mickey are two different persons. I keep looking at pictures of the two and there's not even one similarity; he's changed everything about himself. I know some people make fun of him but this must be a serious mental disorder, perhaps body dysmorphia or something, because this is not normal at all.

His career seems to be stuck in a perpetual loop.
Starts off with a lot of energy and attitude. Becomes conceited and makes bad decisions. Ends up doing garbage movies and falling into debt. Takes up boxing and gets his face smashed up. Has a bunch of surgery. Comes back looking completely unrecognizable. Shows the same energy and attitude he showed before etc -

I completely agree with you, but I didn't think he was sexy until he was older. Back in his glory days, I thought he was overrated. It was Once Upon a Time in Mexico that I first noticed him as a sexy man, and in many of the movies from that point I have lusted after him.
But I agree it's like looking at a different person altogether.
