I think it should be just like an apartment. No difference. No special service.
I think it would be set up like a shelter with social workers, but the food would not be weird. Maybe like groceries more but they might not have a kitchen.
So, people would have a computer with the internet and everything, computer files of course, all the communication and everything, the TV.
I don't think they have to especially get together.
Anyway, it seems the same for every crime, along with the US does not believe in "cruel and unusual punishment."
As for years, I think it would be like not that long, as in you steal it's like the mental hospital. Nothing for stupid fights. There are only on purpose crimes, did it affect people in a physical or bad way.. Don't they counsel young murderers?
Anyway, did you see on TV, the rows on top of each other of bar'd healthy African American men? So dark, not too too skinny, head not very very small, all look the same, kinda normal, but especially strong, maybe very much a model of what a person should look like? They were all moving or swaying with their hands on the bars. I know what it's like kinda or maybe what it used to be like kinda. I know you bring with you your "world." I was in a mental hospital all day for a month more than once. It depends on a lot of things. It certainly depends on your health.
