William Shatner puts an obnoxious engineer in his place

It didn't take long for the engineer to back down and put on a display of apology and humility. I do think that Shatner's second reading of the text was better than the first, so maybe the engineer wasn't totally wrong, but he should've left it at that and moved on.

I like the first take. He didn't completely finish the second one. I liked how he inflected the 'amazed' in the last line. Excellent speaking voice.
The engineer was doing his job and would have wanted several takes to then make compares and even possibly splice different versions together. Shatner would have known that. I read he could be a tad puffy arrogant at times.
Norman! What did you put in my tea?
