I completely agree with everything you posted. IMDB has become the mecca for shallow negative people. Almost every message board has something negative and hurtful about the highlighted actor or actress. I think that these people who say these hurtful comments should get a life of their own. Most of them are jealous that they themselves have no career whatsoever. At least Dominique has a career. Thank you for your post.

welcome!!! the 21st century. This is the nameless, faceless dweeb era. Twitter, Tumbler, Facebook, Flicker All avenues to give the nameless a voice that no one really cares about. It's also spawned a generation of young people to think that people actually do care what they think. Twitter especially. It's the little tough guy in the car / pussy in person scenario on steroids.
I figure there isn't any point in trying to run against the dumbness tide. So best I can do is catch a little added humor out of people idiotic posts. Some of those Youtube posts are just so Awefull & cruel it just makes me laugh.
for what it's worth (which apparently is nothing. LOL) I really only know this girl from Face off & a few other Movies (probably Lolita, but all that's going back to the 90's. She seemed talented. & looks like she's done a fair bit of work. so she's at least got that going for her. -

chicken & the egg scenario about Human nature. I think it's a little of both. The internet gave big Bleeps the ability to express themselves. & it gave people who typically aren't bleeps the ability to vent & be bleeps anonomously. but there are positives. Think of the Ice Bucket Challenge, as an example where social media allowed what probably was a neglected cause to gain major steam & now ALS is on the forefront of many peoples consciousness. so it's a double edge sword. & I suppose in that context. i'll take a few more a-holes if good things like that continue to happen.

Well, I hope she's read yours for sure. So many of the haters I've run across in life are merely jealous, and don't have anything better to do than to tear other folks down. Ms. Swain is a talented professional, a beautiful girl, and she has my respect. Thank you for kind comments in a sea of negativity! It's quite refreshing.

Celebrities know what they are getting into when they become celebrities. I doubt she comes on here to read these dumb posts and I doubt she feels she needs faceless members of the masses or psychofan creepers defending her and scolding "haters" or Internet morons for being exactly that. And yeah, anyone who wants to rip on celebs can do so and he or she can be a butt-ugly loser behind a computer and still have the right to judge celebrities because celebrities put themselves out there to be judged. That's just how it is.
It wasn't me who was murdered, was it? -

Then I'm one of them morons for I've got this to say:
Just watched Dead Mary and I want to kill the bitch for being beep sexist. She killed a bloke in the film and didn't get hot herself. If she does read these, then Dominique, beep you sexist beep
