Yes. I agree with all of you. She looks like a normal formally-young-beauty-next-door type at the very worst. I mean, how many ladies her age do you see every day that have such a dazzling smile and apparent love of life? That's what makes her more beautiful than the other ones who desperately try to hang on to their fresh-faced cutie status long after it's over. Grow old and have fun!

The woman is a total legend. Not only is she one of the most iconic and talented actresses to ever make it on screen (and stage) but she's a hell of a lady. Insanely intelligent and classy with a kick-ass sense of humour, and from what I hear a very generous and warm-hearted person too. The woman was born in 1954, it's pathetic that some imdbers/trolls think they're making any kind of sense posting obnoxious comments about how she looks.

Speaking for myself , I find Kathleen today is still good looking ! I find her an attractive lady even in her recent roles ! , she is just a normal woman like any real woman who doesn't look like a model for her whole life ! she is real ! still pretty to me

I wouldn't say she's especially beautiful or unattractive. But she was hysterically funny on Californication - her throaty middle aged cougar executive is hilarious after all the self-consciously beautiful young women we get on television.
She was much funnier not only because she acted the crap out of Sue Collini, but because she's middle aged and she looks it. No shame in that! -

I don't find her attractive but she looks fine. Her looks are actually perfect for a certain type of role and I wish she got more work (though I suspect she only accepts projects that are offered to her without audition).

Agree with the OP. I googled some recent pics and interviews, and particularly considering the health issues she's been through with her arthritis (and the medications she took for the pain) I still think she's really beautiful and seems to be a good person all around.
p.s. She actually looks younger in a relative sense now. Meaning like when she was 30 she looked/seemed like a really beautiful 40. now she's 60 and maybe only looks 50! -

Stunning actress, especially when she was young, that Ann Margret look she had in Body Heat - wow, seriously beautiful in that. Awesome movie too. Yay, for her long career and just getting on with it. Always beautiful.

Considering her medical condition that almost left her confined to a wheelchair for the rest of her life, and what she had to do, to be able to continue walking and being able to continue acting I think she still looks beautiful. After all that, She still has a great heart and5b4 great personality too.
