These cuts will cost more than 51,000 people their lives every year. Thatβs not hyperbole. Itβs a predictable result when you cut off health insurance to people who are old, poor and sick. And itβs based on analyses and projections from researchers at the University of Pennsylvania, Harvard and Yale.

Actually it may be none of the above.
Trump may have a few tricks up his sleeve depending on how some things you haven't thought of materialize.
Tariff income could be a game changer. Higher tax income from larger takes when the tax cuts continue during the economic upturn which is likely to occur.
Time will tell.
