The gist of it is that her career on stage was heating up (she was Roxi in the touring production of 'Chicago' which eventually led to a stint on Broadway) at the same time that his film career was sending him all over the world to film on location. It's tough for a marriage to survive those kinds of geographic separations for such long periods of time.

she once told at a convention where I was, that he found someone else and that this was actually the reason for the divorce. they are still close friends though and she has no resentments against the two.
Not surprising, she is 8 years his senior. Some guys like older women as a lover. But as wives a lot of guys opt for younger women. -

What a load of nonesense! I'm 7 years older than my husband, and guess what? We're happily married, and have been for over 5 years!
I was gonna let you beep me, but I got my rag, and I know how you hate a mess -

Why did Nana divorce Alexander Siddig?
Is it
really
any of our business?
I realize there are people out there who honestly think that seeing someone on that magic screen constitutes a personal acquaintance with the performer, but shouldn't there be limits/boundaries even with an acquaintance?
