you talk about getting into character. no one gets into character better than him except daniel day-lewis, dustin hoffman, robert de niro, al pacino, and marlon brando.

believability in his acting. he's just one of the best actors of all time.
then after that his uniqueness in the way he talks, his rhythm and patterns of speech and his way of moving his body. it's very eccentric, all these things together. there's not an actor like him in any way.
