According to YOU she does.
However, there's no proof that your opinion is anything other than that: Your opinion.
5b4She knew what she was getting into when signed up for the job. You keep your opinions to yourself in an industry where there are dozens of younger bodies with prettier faces to replace you. She decided not to do that and it looks like retirement is in her near future.
Plus, supporting and posing with a person who likely would have opposed her own immigration into the United States demonstrates a degree of cluelessness (or self hate) that is almost breath-taking. Perhaps her faculties are failing her at a relatively young age,
Finally, all of the people you mentioned , save Eastwood, were forces in Hollywood 15-30 years when Alonso was getting work. Unless she saved some of the money she made, it's doubtful that they would be of much use to her know. After all, not many actors want to work with old actresses who aren't named Streep, Dench, LInney or Keaton.
Bad films are a crime against humanity. -

Normally, I hate getting into politics on these boards, because this is site is about entertainment. But I heard about this and had to see it for myself.
Maria Conchita Alonso has
every
right to express her views, but regardless of which political spectrum you are on, is it not agreeable that this just a terrible ad period? Yes, it is preaching to his base, but I doubt they would even take it seriously. This is something that is probably not going to help either involved. -

Her family left communism in Cuba. She comes to america and has success. Now she is blackballed for her. Freedom of speech as long as that speech agrees with their ideology. Next step will be putting people in jail in you don't get on board.

I remember a time when people and celebrities were blacklisted in this country because of alleged communist ties. I guess the shoe is on the other foot. Speaking out against alleged commies is frowned upon because of that part of American history. Poetic justice? Maybe.

Nazi
And you're a brain-dead moron.
Freedom of speech as long as that speech agrees with their ideology
If you're too stupid to understand what freedom of speech means (which you clearly are), then don't use the phrase. No one is violating her 1A.

Don't call people stupid so that you feel you've won the argument. Shame on you. I've loved many movies she's been in, but her political stance is ill-conceived. Just because you agree with her and think the rest of us are wrong is no reason to impugn our intelligence. Once again, shame on you.

She has a far better understanding of oppression and bigotry than the spoon-fed, whiny, politically-correct people attacking her. She has every right to speak the truth about what is being done to us in this country. She reminds me of the Jews who suffered under Hitler and Stalin, and have been warning us that the same things are happening in the U. S. today.
Obamunism: The end of the Republic.
At times like these, I really hate being right!
