I'm vegetarian, some days vegan, and I am healthy. If I were a meat eater and saw what she looks like I would never go vegan. She looks emaciated. I like what she's trying to do, but looking so unhealthy gives people an argument against plant based diets.

Yup. Vegans - they don't live longer, they just look older.
