Why would he thinks she looks good stick-thin? Her arms are difficult to look at - they're like sticks. Her face is all wrinkled - she's changed so much from Titanic, and she's not that old! Actually they both look bad - Cameron looks 70 and his wife looks 65. Perfectly matched pair.
