going to 'the press' for help to publicize a wrongdoing is going to get anywhere?
those days are LONG gone.
it's all sanitized sensationalism from the wire feed. very little local investigative journalism now.
just ask fatty arbuckle's ghost what happens when 'the press' glom onto your ass.
gossip, rumour, conjecture, suposition, accusations and outright lies. all to sell newspapers and broadcast time.
