hey guys, does this director has any movie (horror or otherwise) which has a romantic couple in its center, preferably that end up together as well?

Trauma is a good example of this. It's not a great film but it's definitely one of Argento's most emotional.
The Bird With the Crystal Plumage also has a couple who are already together and remain that way.
The Card Player might have one but I haven't seen it so I'm not too sure. -

TRAUMA and THE CARD PLAYER both feature romantic couples.
The acting from the lead actors and actresses in these two films is very good and their relationships are touching.

yeah, if you are looking for an Argento with a little bit of romance "Trauma" is what I suggest
Very likeable characters with a great mystery (like all Argento) and you root for the two lovers
you should see it!!
