Ah, t'was 20 years ago today that Jim passed. Always made me smile, yes indeed he did. He'll forever and ever be "Mr Howell" and the one and only "Mr. Magoo" to us. Rest in peace, great one!!

yea thats right it was 20 years ago yesterday a very funny and talented man jim backus was cool. he should be remebered as more than magoo and mr howell although they r his most pouler roles. the best acting i ever saw him do was in rebel without a cause. he was great in that and lots of other movies. rest in peace jim.
